The End of Aloe's Journey

Hayden Shively
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close down Aloe Labs. While this was not an easy choice, we believe it is the right one given the protocol’s trajectory.
What This Means For Users
The protocol’s smart contracts are immutable and will continue to exist onchain as they always have. However, our offchain infrastructure will soon shut down:
We plan to maintain our web interface until April 25, 2025 (3 months from today).
After this date, you will still be able to interact with Aloe contracts directly through block explorers. Our frontend is also open-source if you wish to self-host.
We recommend withdrawing your funds and closing your positions before the web interface shutdown.
Final Thoughts
Building Aloe has been an incredible journey, and we want to express our sincere gratitude to you, our community. From our early days with Aloe Blend to the launch of our multi-chain lending protocol, your support, feedback, and engagement have been invaluable. To those who provided liquidity, deposited, borrowed, participated in discussions, or simply shared our vision for truly trustless DeFi-thank you.
While this is not the outcome we hoped for, we're proud of what we built and the technical foundations we've laid. We hope these contributions will continue to benefit the DeFi ecosystem long after Aloe Labs is gone.
We will maintain a presence in our Discord server during the wind-down period to answer questions and provide support where possible.
Thank you again for being part of this journey with us.
